My first time there. 15 min to make a sandwich. Ordered NO chess. Came loaded with cheese. Ordered 2nd SMALL sandwich. It should be called TINY instead. Overpriced for the quantity. Food was good.
Food was made fast and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The offer a first responders discount, and have lots of ways to contribute and donate to firemen and training/equipment. Whoever left one star really needs to relax, the place had barely been open two weeks and "portion size" isn't really something a chain restaurant has control over.
I've tried a few of the sandwiches and haven't been disappointed. A little pricey but the large sandwich is definitely worth it considering the amount of food you get. Staff is friendly and the service is pretty quick. Obviously the lunch rush makes things busy but hopefully with some time the staff will get better at handling it.

Place is great... 1 star reviewer needs to give it a rest. Some people will find a problem with anything; my food was made quick and accurately. As always, firehouse delivers!
