Room lock wasn't working. Manager upgraded our room. Staff was very nice! Very helpful! Location kind of a pain getting around that area. I was here with other family as well. All treated well. In short, I would absolutely stay here again.
They were very accommodating during my stay.
I spent about a month at this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the rooms.
It is ok. Courtyard Hotels historically catered to the business traveler. This does, yet misses some simple amenities such as... a newspaper, personal mouthwash in the room. These are "little touches" that made Marriott Courtyard stand out.
The night audit was great, we had to ask for a cott and was given to us with no questions asked, the room was nice and comfy, the morning front desk worker had an attitude, we asked about the complementary breakfast and get answer was this is a businessman hotel if u want breakfast u could get it from across the hall for $30 each, that's why u get a nice room with comfortable settings instead the free breakfast. To me her answers were rude and urgent. She could've answered in a better way. I recommend to send her to take a class on customer service before u put her as the face of the franchise in that location
Meanwhile there is a modern business center and theater area as well as Starbucks and a small restaurant
I stayed at this hotel for two nights last weekend. What a wonderful hotel facility, so warm, welcoming and every employee that I came in contact with was friendly and so helpful. I must acknowledge two employees that really stood out during my stay. Maureen & Valerie were both extremely accommodating and went out of their way for me. Their kindness and hospitality was great appreciated!! Thank you!!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I left my beard trimmer when I went home for the weekend. After calling me staff held it for me for the weekend and returned it to me when I checked in.
