I am a chronic renter, usually rent at least once or twice a month and these guys are the best!!! Super friendly, great customer experience, cars are always in great shape and best of all, the entire experience is quick and hassle free. Trust me, I have sadly had to use another local competitor before (you know who they are) and they the worst AND double the price. Enterprise is a great company and the Mahwah location has the best team around!
I rented a car for a total of 60 days from the Enterprise in Mahwah NJ. Their customer service was amazing! They treated me like family. I felt completely taken care of. The two different cars that I had were extremely clean and well maintained. I am now renting from a Budget nearby because I thought I could save a buck. I am regretting it already. Customer service there is terrible and the car was filthy when I picked it up.
Car was dirty, plans changed and the mngr tried to take advantage of the situation and over charge me (which still got negotiated back to a regular price, so it was obvious), and he did not follow my corporate policy in pricing. Bad experience, and I will simply take my corporate business elsewhere. I only work for a billion dollar company.
It was easy, but the car was not cleaned up after the previous rental. This happened in the past with Enterprise. Otherwise, is a great company as far as efficiency.
